Horizon Project, Inc. operates twelve group homes, three supported living programs and three semi-independent living programs, which houses individuals in apartments or houses. Each group home houses up to 5 individuals and the supported living program serves a growing number of individuals at various locations in the communities. An independent life skills training curriculum is also available. Participants receive individualized training in a variety of daily living and personal safety activities. During the training, participants live in furnished, supervised apartments. Leisure and recreational activities are also provided at all residential settings.
